Venue Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings
Bookings will be held on a provisional basis until a 50% deposit is received 2 weeks or more before booked date, if not the provisional booking will be released.

2. Payment and Invoicing
Payment is required prior to the event.

3. Cancellation
a) If a confirmed booking is cancelled a fee will be charged as follows:
b) For cancellations between four weeks and one week prior to the event: 50%
c) For cancellations less than one week prior to the event: 100%

Room
a) On arrival please ensure that room is as you ordered (equipment, seating, etc.)
b) Please ensure room is left at the end of the day clean and tidy, all rubbish placed in bin provided.

Health and Safety
a) Please familiarise yourself ensure all delegates are aware of actions to be taken in case of fire.
b) Please be careful of hazards such as trailing wires and take care if moving equipment such as chairs and flipchart
c) Please take care when handling hot water for beverages such as tea and coffee.

Security
a) Please be aware of security and if you intend to leave the room unattended please ensure all valuables are taken with you.
b) Please ensure the entrance to the centre is firmly closed behind you if you intend to leave the building.
